Terms of use

These terms explain how schools in Libya use Tilmeedhy, a school-management service provided by Tilmeedhy. By signing in you agree to use the platform only for your school’s official operations.

Each school is responsible for the accounts it creates, the accuracy of student and parent records, and for keeping access limited to authorized staff. Tilmeedhy onboards schools by invitation; schools do not self-register.

Student names, attendance, grades, homework, notes, and fee records are entered by the school. The school remains the controller of that information. Tilmeedhy processes it only to provide the service.

Do not share passwords, attempt to access another school’s data, or use the service for anything other than school administration. Tilmeedhy may lock a school’s access if the agreed user limits are exceeded or if the school’s subscription is not renewed.

Student and teacher seats follow the numbers agreed with Tilmeedhy. Creating users beyond those limits is blocked until more seats are added.
