Tilmeedhy stores school and student information securely on behalf of the school that entered it.

We store account details (name, email, phone, role), student records, academic data, attendance, messages, and fee ledgers that your school enters. We do not sell this information.

We use the data only to operate Tilmeedhy, send school-configured notifications, keep the service secure, and support the school that owns the records.

Records remain while the school’s account is active. After a school is closed, Tilmeedhy retains data only as long as needed for the school’s legal or operational handover, then deletes or anonymizes it.

Parents and staff should ask their school first for access, correction, or deletion of student records. The school can ask Tilmeedhy to help fulfill those requests.

Access is limited by role and school. Passwords are stored securely. Schools should use unique passwords and keep staff accounts up to date.
